The service was great! I got water damage on my Mac. Martin and his team members were very efficient in finding out the problems with my computer and were able to solve the problems effectively. Very fast in replying phone calls and messages. Reasonable price. I had a great experience and highly recommend this place!

  I called WangPC because I needed to have some computer parts checked out and tested. The few places I called beforehand were either completely unwilling, or wanted to charge me more than what these parts are worth. After speaking briefly with Ryan at WangPC, I brought them in the next afternoon. Within a couple hours, he called letting me know the parts were tested and good to go. But best of all - they didn't charge me a dime for it!! It was included as a free diagnostic. Unbelievable. They certainly have a loyal customer here - I won't be going elsewhere for my computer needs. A+ business.

  I have done terrible damage to my computer a number of times and Martin has always been there to save the day. I am a Northeastern student and once told Martin that I had an exam the following day; he DROVE TO ME with my finished repair so that I could focus on studying.   I called him earlier today because I was super stressed about my laptop failing on me. He understood that I was super overwhelmed and immediately checked my laptop within an hour (free diagnosis). He provided me with several options on how to repair my computer. All in all, I highly recommend coming here to get your computer repaired.

  Martin and his team were absolutely amazing. I had a huge issue with my computer freezing on the lock screen and had been to the Apple Store twice in 3 days with no solution offered other than to send the laptop out for repair for 5-7 business days, which wasn't really feasible!

Martin was able to turn my laptop around within 24 hours even though he had to replace my entire keyboard. I would absolutely recommend Wangpc to anyone else having computer issues and I am so grateful for his help!

  Expensive. Not cooperating at all. They asked for $350.00 for my Samsung laptop while I got it fixed for $150.00. I don't recommend it.

  I cannot say enough fantastic things about this place. They're super helpful, and totally honest. I first emailed about a laptop problem and they responded within minutes and chatted with me a bit before suggesting I bring it in. When I did, Ryan gets A+ for effort despite concluding that it is the laptop equivalent of a totaled car. He refused to charge me for the 2 days of detective work since it needs a new motherboard and also graciously talked through options I was considering for a new computer. This place is super nice, efficient, and honest to a fault. Don't take your computer/electronics anywhere else!

  Fair pricing and competent technicians. Wang is very knowledgeable and I feel like he has a good team working with him as well. My computer issues were complicated, but I'm super happy with an updated and blazing fast laptop. I'm happy with their services and would recommend to others.
